“Only worn them once so far but what a difference. Had sketchers before but felt they offered no stability when walking has I was going over on the sides of foot. My posture felt completely different as soon as I put these on. An I love that you are given 3 different insoles to try for the optimum effect of the trainer. I suffer from plantar fadcitis, from reading reviews they should help with this too, time will tell. However all good so far. Very pleased with purchase.”
