After wearing them for several shifts, they have already made a world of difference. The shoe materials used are soft and springy, and the (supplied) insole I have chosen to insert is firm and supportive. My foot pain has lessened, and consequently I can get through a whole shift without being in agony. Not only are they smart, they are so comfortable.
