Firstly want to say how amazing the customer service is and how quickly they responded to my email. Unfortunately somehow my parcel got lost with Royal Mail, my house number was missing which is very strange as I always put in all my details correctly, anyways I contacted the company, and they send replacement pair the same day (Friday) and got my clogs following Monday! They are super comfy and that is what is important to me, as working in health care means long hours on my feet. Also another reason to give them all stars is that they come in size 2! Yes I wear size 2”
