We would never want our customers to keep something they do not love, so please do email us at customerservices@thesuffolknest.com and we will be very happy to arrange a return and refund for you.
Just to reassure you, this stem is a completely new design for this year. We do not advertise it as the same as last year’s stem. Each Christmas collection Ashlee designs her own stems and creates brand new pieces, which is why there may be differences from previous years.
