Hi Jessica,
Thanks for choosing Seep! These copper scourers can be infinitely recycled but we recommend to first check that your local council will accept copper in your green recycling bin.
If so, please ensure you rinse the scourers of any residual food, as this could risk contaminating porous materials such as paper and card in the same recycling load, rendering it all unrecyclable.
If your council doesn’t collect copper, you can either take it to your local metal recycling centre, or to your nearest scrap yard (if you have any more items they may even come and collect them from you). Just search “metal recycling centre near me” online.
If the above options are not suitable, please email hello@theseepcompany.com to discuss sending it back to us and we will take care of the recycling for you!
Thanks,
Jack
Hello there,
Thanks for your feedback and so sorry that you didn't like the product. We launched our copper scourers in response to customers who were looking for something more scratchy than our loofah scourer sponges.
If you send us a quick email to hello@theseepcompany.com we can send out a sample for you so that you can try the softer sponge scourer.

“The stand-out things for me though are the copper scourers - so much better than steel as: they don't leave rust marks on the counter; seem softer on the hands; and seem to hold their shape better.”
