“Slightly bulky as others have said, but quite malleable once they have been soaked. They do the job just fine and are being kinder to the environment and to us!!”

We have pretty good quality control for all of our products and check each batch that goes out of our factories, but unfortunately, some not-quite-right products do occasionally slip through. We track these product issues and work with our factories to improve them the next time. Often they arise because we're using natural materials, which are more difficult to work with. “I tried the sponge scouter and was so pleased with it that I got the year’s supply. They are really durable, effective and plastic free. One side of one of them came a bit loose with the scourer detaching a bit from the sponge, so I put a couple of stitches in it and it was fine. So far they’ve all lasted a whole month. Great product.”
