“These cleaning sponges are really great. They clean even really greasy dirty pans well and, whereas normal sponges often get coated so that they have to thrown away, these sponges just need to be washed through with hot water and they’re good go again. I’m very impressed.”

We have pretty good quality control for all of our products and check each batch that goes out of our factories, but unfortunately, some not-quite-right products do occasionally slip through. We track these product issues and work with our factories to improve them the next time. Often they arise because we're using natural materials, which are more difficult to work with.
