“The scouring pad sponges work well and stay clean. Rather than using one pad for everything I use a coconut fibre scourer for baked on food (including cooked cheese), the sponge pad for washing pots and crockery, and the cloth to get into cups.
The sponges would be more versatile if they were half the size.”

We have pretty good quality control for all of our products and check each batch that goes out of our factories, but unfortunately, some not-quite-right products do occasionally slip through. We track these product issues and work with our factories to improve them the next time. Often, they arise because we're using natural materials, which are more difficult to work with.
