“These natural sponges have bee found to be less user-friendly than the plastic sponges they replaced. It wasn’t the sponge side that was a problem, it was the scouring side that was inflexible causing user difficulties. In summary we found this product offered reduced user-friendliness at an increased cost compared to the plastic derivatives, however, saving the environment will come at a cost so we need to start adapting.”
Hi Michael, thanks for your feedback. We have taken this onboard and have since improved our sponge design to be more flexible. We're continously working to improve our products so we hope you will give them a go again.
