Hello Shane, thanks for your review. Each sponge is designed to last about a month and you can freshen up the sponge either by popping them in the dishwasher (in the cutlery tray is best) or adding to a white wash on around 40 degrees. We don't recommend doing this too frequently since it may reduce the lifespan of the sponges. We pop ours in 2 or 3 times per month. Hope this answers the question.
