“I wasn't sure whether to place an order for the Eco Sponge Scourers, as they are quite pricey, but I am now a convert - and will almost certainly continue to use them in oreference to the Spontex sponges. They're quite stiff initially, but become more pliable with use.”
“So far I like the pad scrubber/ sponges very much. The loofah side is a little less abrasive than the toughest green meanies, but good enough. No green plastic specks shed and I really like the white sponge side too.”
“The spongey part is too thin, so it is not as good at generating suds as other sponges, and given the high scourer to sponge ratio it feels too rigid. I won't be using or buying these again because of this.”
Hello Matthew, Thank you so much for trying our sponge scourers. Have you tried popping them in the washing machine to speed up the softening? They have to be dried out to transport, and should soften the more you use them. We are often told that you need less washing-up liquid, so we are sorry to hear that you haven't found this.
