“After trying lots of different goalkeeper gloves for my son, he's found that One Glove are the best by far.
He currently uses the OG1 Vision for dry conditions and the Junior NXT Pro Wave for wet weather, while his old OG1 Midnight gloves are now used for training. He absolutely loves them. As a goalkeeper it’s great for him to have a brand that really focuses on goalkeeping.
From my point of view as a parent, the price is excellent compared with many bigger brands, and the quality is outstanding. If you look after the gloves properly, they really last. We wash them after every use and follow the care instructions, and they hold up incredibly well. I’ve also made sure he’s stopped doing the usual things kids do like hanging off posts/net, climbing fences, pushing up off the ground on the palms, and spitting into them!
He’s also really into the brand and has picked up some of the accessories too, which has been great for his confidence and development as a goalkeeper. The only suggestion I’d make would be a smaller matchday bag or rucksack. The large bag is brilliant for changing rooms, but a lot of younger players don’t always have access to those, so something compact for matchdays would be really useful.
Overall, fantastic gloves, great value, and a brand that really understands goalkeepers. If you look after the gloves, they look after you.”
