“This dress was of poor quality. It did not fit as previous dresses have and you have cheapened the quality. The lining was particularly cheap, made in China as was the rest of the dress. What annoyed me most was that I ordered the dress on the basis that it would be delivered by a certain date and it was not yet the money was taken on order and well before delivery. When the dress was returned and received by you repayment was not made promptly. There is no excuse for that. I have bought a number of clothes from you and been very satisfied but recently you have cheapened garments but not the prices.”
