“I was very disappointed with this. The 'shawl' part of it simply wouildn't sit neatly across the shoulder as it seemed to do in the picture and I knew I would end up fiddling with it endlessly - not a good behaviour if sitting in a business meeting. I also thought the whole thing was too heavy and, given the lower likelihood of really cold days, couldn't see myself wearing it very often. So sadly decided to return.”
