“One strap frayed on first use and Customer Service couldn't have been more uninterested if they tried. Sent a photo of defective strap as requested and have heard nothing back to date (since mid July).”

“Frayed at edge after just first use. Told by Customer Services this was not a fault, but 'just a user error'. Asked to send photograph, which I did and had no response since.”
