“Via mobile I struggled to put together a bespoke flag so swopped over to the pc. Emailed for support which initially was replied to swiftly, unfortunately after requesting more support I received no reply, this may be a small business so perhaps that's the issue. I was able to add personalisation but gave The Flag Shop a little manoeuvreability if it was required, they know what works better than me. Flag arrived within the allotted time frame, quality is very good and colours strong, really happy with my purchase and I would use this business again. I do hope they'll take on board the customer support angle, I'd have given 5* if it wasn't for the lack of. Thankyou for a great product.”

Hi Martyn Thank you for your review. The colour you chose when designing your own flag was somewhere between royal blue & sky blue which is the colour the flag was printed to - if you had mentioned in the notes you wanted the colour setting to royal blue we would have been more than happy to set this up for you.
