“I have actually just finished eating the Persian Koresh , I did it with prawns, it was amazing, I loved the dried lime, made it medium. Fantastic. Last week I made a lamb balti, and chicken Sri lanken curry, we had guests, with pilau rice, fabulous, I have made chicken korma, with th pilau rice, and have yet to try the rest. These curries are such a brilliant idea, a little prep required but one can take the credit of making a delicious original curry. I have bought these as gifts for my sons who love them. “Really enjoyed these. Our favourites were the Goan fish curry and Sri Lankan. Into week 2 after receiving them, the chilies started drying out a bit and got a bit shrivelled, even though they were well before the use-by date - so i would recommend using the kits in the first week or freezing them.”
