“This is a lovely colour however the size bra was incorrect and had obviously been packaged wrong as the size on the packaging was correct. I understand these things can happen BUT I have emailed customer services which included photos a week ago and I am still awaiting a reply even though I was told in an automated email I would be contacted within 48 hours and this has not happened. Incredibly disappointing customer service hence 1 star.”
