“I followed the size guide (I’m 34F) but the 1X recommended was at least 3 cup sizes too small. This is probably lovely if you are smaller but even for lounging around at home (which is what I wanted it for) this wasn’t suitable for me. The straps are also very thin hence my lower comfort rating- again if you are smaller this would be fine I think. Paying postage for delivery and returns makes it an expensive mistake when the size guide is so way out. I’d size up at least two sizes if buying for larger cups. Returned.”
