“as it hasnt arrived yet. The problem is that I live in Jersey, which might as well be Outer Mongolia as far as your delivery service goes. Items inexplicably get shipped to Belgium first (for òinternational border control - last time I checked Jersey wasnt òinternational and is treated as part of the UK for travel purposes etc) where they reside for weeks before getting shipped back to the UK again and then finally (about a month after ordering - by which time youve forgotten you ordered them) being shipped to Jersey. Customers actually also have to pay extra for this òtracked service. Other UK clothing suppliers have got this cracked and I receive goods in a few days (often with the vat deducted too - as Jersey doesnt have VAT.). Use Evri or Hermes or DPD - PLEASE!
I do love your clothes, which is why I keep ordering them, and I really want to support your company, but having to watch ordered items do a grand tour of Europe and the UK before being shipped to you is maddeningly frustrating and enough to put me off ordering again. I have friends and relatives in USA and Australia who order UK goods and get them within a week - so surely Jersey, which is only 100 miles from UK coast with multiple daily flights and ferries, is achievable in a similar timeframe?”
