For me mid rise as my tummy hags over the lower got snd feel the high rise is a bit frumpy.
Only things is a bit spendy, especially with postage on top.

“I bought two sizes in the new mid rise, having high hopes that these would finally be my perfect knickers: I am medium in the 'original' and small in the 'high rise' as they fit slightly differently. The former are a bit low at the front but the latter come up too high for me (maybe because I'm short). So this new shape looked promising.
Instead of trying on and immediately sending one size back I decided to keep both so I could wear each for a full day to really see how they feel and fit. I wish I could say one of them was perfect but I feel I am somehow between sizes or maybe knickers just aren't made for my bottom shape. By the end of the day the medium felt ever so slightly loose (just not quite snug enough) and although the next day the small felt the 'right' size initially (albeit slightly tighter on the leg hole), they still rode up under my jeans not covering my cheeks as comfortably as I'd like.
I'm not sure whether to buy more - as with all Stripe & Stare knickers, the material is comfy and they feel good when first on, but too many readjustments during the day mean they are still not 100%.”
