“Hate to leave a bad review, especially as I am a long time samps customer and usually love the quality of all of the loungewear and knickers I have. I was so excited for enjoying my new pyjamas but when they arrived the top seemingly hadnxt been through quality control with cut edges on unfinished seams and awful stitching. I contacted samps and they said if I returned the pair of pyjamas they would send a replacement which I was happy to do so, but today I have just seen that my order was sent to my old house where I no longer live and this pj order had never ordered to. So far not the high samps experience I am so used to. Want to love these pjs and had hoped to order more but still awaiting getting to wear them at all (”
