“The products are great quality as always and my wife loves them. Unfortunately, I got stung for some unexpected import tax duties into Switzerland for the total value of the products that I ordered, not taking into account the discount. I therefore did not enjoy the discount offered as more than half of it I had to pay in taxes. This was disappointing and not expected as I had already paid VAT and shipping cost with my order. If these charges are to be added when importing into Switzerland, on the full value of the order, then I think this should be made clear on your website. I have attached the various documents as proof of the 30.30 Swiss francs I had to pay to the postman to receive the package this morning. Id appreciate if you could look into this. Thank you, Jon”
