“Due to the long wait for my order to be dispatched, I emailed customer service to cancel my order. The order was still dispatched to me a few days later. I was then sent a returns label to send the order back which was almost impossible to print due to the attachment size. I eventually managed to return the order. However, a month after trying to cancel the order, I am still awaiting a refund.”
