“Gulp - the recurring godmotherly SOS - which just increases each birthday - this particular goddaughter now heading to 19 Hurrah for the Stripe amp Stare e-gift card dizzy”
“My friend was thrilled with this gift as had her eye on some pyjamas but felt like she couldnt justify them herself so the e-gift card let her treat herself and choose exactly what she wanted. I want some myself now hah!”
“1. I saw no option to ask for the emailed e-gift card to be sent directly to the recipient. Instead it came to me, and I had to forward the email as a gift. That was not satisfactory. But I thought, maybe Ixd missed the option to add recipient email address.
. I forwarded the email on Motherxs Day. My mother clicked on xview gift cardx. Image 1 shows what opened. She doesnxt have a mobile phone so is unable to use QR codes.
3. If you click on xcopy codex the only other option on the page xcontinue shoppingx then disappears altogether. So you have to return to the email and start again.
4. When she clicked on xcontinue shoppingx the link took her to a page that had no reference at all to Stripe amp Stare, but showed links to hundreds of different shops.
5. When I try the link now, it takes me to a defunct page. Image .
All together my mother found the whole experience baffling and distressing as she could see Ixd sent her something but couldnxt work out what or how to access it.”
“I bought an E-gift card as a present for a friend celebrating a milestone birthday. It was a fun alternative to wine and she was able to pick what she wanted. She tells me the ordering process was quick and she likes the products. Everyones winning here -)”
