“Brilliant customer service prior to placing my online order. Delivery on time as promised, it was packed very well, so wasn’t damaged at all from any careless delivery handling. Thankfully it wasn’t affected by the extreme heatwave conditions either. Most importantly the cake I ordered ’Gluten Free Red Velvet Cake’ was absolutely delicious, it has lasted really well, two slices are in the freezer and there is still one slice to be enjoyed fresh a week after it was delivered.
