“My cake was delivered on time, to an address I'd had difficulty with before. I chose Royal Mail on this occasion where my previous difficulties had been encountered with Amazon. I would however like to have been given the opportunity to recommend a safe place and give additional help for my delivery, which was a gift. The cake was enjoyed by the recipients.”
