It was delivered earlier than I requested, which is totally fine, the personalised photo I added was lovely quality and the cake is amazing. Recipient was very very happy with the little surprise.
The video message is a nice addition, but to be honest, I had to tell them it was there as it wasn't very obvious, maybe make that part a bit more like a greeting rather than it looking like it's just part of the info and barcode at the bottom of the page. But other than that, everything was great and I will definitely use again”
