“A lovely pretty gluten free cake exactly as photo. Gluten free cakes are usually dry but this wasnt, it was almost like a normal cake so extra points for that. It also lasted outside outside the fridge for a couple of days.
The main negative for me was that it was the overly sweet cake and even sweeter icing. I have a sweet tooth but this was too much even for me. Either the cake needs to be sweet or the icing not both. For me generally there is too much sugar in this cake.
It also would have been nice to have a cake board to make it easier to remove and present.
It was packed well and arrived in perfect condition via Amazon. An ingredients label was also provided on the packaging - which is reassuring for people with allergies. I would only order this cake again if there was a low sugar or plant sugar based version.”
