Hi Nathan, thank you for sharing your experience. The Printed Tech T uses a very lightweight mesh fabric. While this fabric excels during runs, it can be vulnerable to abrasion from rough surfaces such as chairs or bags. To extend garment life, we recommend handling them with care. We know that is an ask, but it is the trade-off for ultra-light, breathable fabric.
