Keeps you warm in all but the strongest winds and material is soft, helps me to want to get out there and run, even when the conditions are not ideal. Highly recommended if you want to run in cooler temperatures with variable winds. 39" chest, large fits nicely with just a little room to add a sleeveless base layer when necessary.”
