“I initially had some durability issues, but got them all resolved with the help of the incredible Soar customer service team. This pack is amazing, especially for someone trying to balance weight away from the chest/front side. I personally think packs that reserve all of the water carry on the front chest area are flawed in the sense that they negatively impact running posture and cause shoulders to curve forward. The way the water bottles curve around the rib cage in Soar's pack balances the weight out, enabling my running posture to stay intact more easily. Which on big mile efforts on the trail is invaluable. The design also creates a smaller footprint on the body, which promotes that disappearing feeling of the pack. A huge plus for hotter weather efforts as well. And no bounce, at all.
Overall, this pack was worth the long wait. I hope Soar keeps this product available for a long time to come so committed trail runners can rely on it for many years. It's too good not to.”
