“I bought these with the idea of just using them on longer trail runs, but with the recent weather I've been using them for all my runs as they keep my lower legs snug and warm (but not too hot). They are excellent quality (as with all my Soar clothing) and the silicone grippers ensure they do not move at all. I've been hand washing them to get the mud off and they show no signs of wear. I'm currently doing an online technique course which has resulted in me landing on my forefoot rather than heel as previously and these certainly help with increased blood flow to my old, now more tired calves (that and strength exercises!) The only downside is in size Medium they can be a struggle to get over my size 9 (UK) feet.”
