“I have used the Balm and when I email asking about the different strengths, they suggested I try the
cream because it acted faster. So I ordered the Deep Relief Trio. I didn't notice any difference, but I prefer the Balm. It's much easier to use the Balm in bed or my recliner, with the cream I have to get up and wash my hands. As for the Invigorater Roll-on it did have a cooling effect but was mess, dripped down my leg.
I wish I had just gotten the Soothing Muscle Balm 2000. I feel I wasted my money.
