“About 10 days after starting to take this stuff, I noticed I was more focused and calmer than I had been. I started taking it for pain in my back & my legs (stenosis) and that was less also, almost gone actually. It is available in unflavored (this one) and mint. I order the unflavored because I don't like mint. I do wish it came in another flavor besides the mint. The unflavored requires some getting used to and I drink some coffee right after I take it to mask the taste. But it works and it's become part of my morning routine.”
