“It definitely gives you a calming relief. My husband has issues falling asleep and he will pass out in about 20 minutes after using. It helps me stay asleep for a longer period of time as I have trouble with consistently waking up throughout the night. It has a very pleasant smell but to overwhelming. Not greasy at all. I bought a few more after I purchased one.”
