“I love using these at home. I have one for in the bath I pop it in for 10 minutes then remove and soak in the 84 minerals! I then heat the other one up in the microwave or on the radiator and massage myself or place on my neck to release tension!”

We apologise for any confusion regarding their use; we strive to provide clear instructions, they can be found on the back of the box and on our website. These salt rocks can be used to treat a number of skin and body conditions. For general relaxation, place directly in a warm bath for 20 mins. Salt rocks are slowly dissolving and will last for approximately 3 x 20-minute baths. For aching muscles and joints, place the rocks in a microwavable container until warm to the touch (but not hot). For a naturally anti-bacterial healing treatment, run the salt rocks underwater creating a salty oil solution on the surface of the rocks. Gently rub the oil created directly onto the skin that needs healing. For use as a natural deodorant, gently rub the oil created by the salt rocks onto the underarms.
