“The first time I used these in the bath I fell asleep - just half a cupful sent me into total relaxation! All my tension went away and I found myself in dreamland! A 20 min sleep I mean soak ...Is all that is needed to feel the benefits of these salts . My skin has been acting up with the cold weather. I'm really sore and dry but after having daily baths using Magnesium Flakes I have not needed to use my cream and my skin has not cracked as much ... I absolutely love having my baths even more so now that I can be well and truly pampered. Since using I have found that my sleep has been undisturbed - I have slept like a baby! I Highly recommend Magnesium Flakes!”
