“I was concerned about excessive noise, but I shouldn’t have been. It sounds different but I don’t think it’s louder. I won’t be removing the DB Killer, but I know it can get louder, if I want. The kit looks really nicely made, in England, and that really matters.”

“Really good quality product! I’ve only just fitted this two days ago, I wasn’t all that impressed with the sound, with the db-killer fitted on my first ride, (80 miles) so the next day I removed it and went for another longer (140 mile) ride, it now sounds so much better without it fitted, and although it is a bit louder (measured 4-db, with my phone app) on tick-over, it’s not stupidly loud on the move when just cruising about, especially if you ride with ear plugs — which we all should all do anyway.. To be honest I don’t like overly loud exhausts on my bikes, as it just wears you out and becomes annoying on longer rides/tours, it’s all about getting the volume in that “Goldilocks’” zone!! I would like it a little quieter still — if I’m honest, but I can live with it as it is now. I can certainly feel a performance gain also, without that db-killer fitted, it just breaths so much easier… Plus it’s so much lighter than the standard exhaust, which also has a sneaky hidden 2nd Cat fitted inside of it, and obviously it’s far better looking too. (and now sounding)”
