“I have a few CDs for Sheffield. The last one, however, I had problems. I was sent instructions to help me and it worked in a roundabout way. The problem was Adobe Acrobat Reader, my computer does not like it at all even with the new instructions. The way I managed to get the CD working was to indicate opening in Edge instead and I removed Adobe from my computer. So, I can now view and print the records as required.”
