“|Great database and user interface. not so good at Ancestor and descenant producing charts. I use My Heritage instead for charting although My Heritage does not have a good user interface.”

“As an older user of the software I find my mind still with version 8. The good thing about RootsMagic is that I can use it on both my PC and Mac without incurring extra cost. Watching the webinars are good but when trying to put them into action leaves the mind standing still and having to go over them again and again.”

“I have used the RootMagic UK program for some years. It has taken me some time to adjust from using Version 6 to Versions 8 and 9 but I am getting there. Version 9 seems to still have bugs which need correcting but the compilers are very good at keeping users informed of updates and what ongoing improvements are being made to the program.”

“I have been using RootsMagic for many years and have found it fulfils all my requirements for collating my family history data. The developers provide exceptional training materials which address the use of the many features of the software. I like the publishing facility, whereby I can quickly inform my family of updates in information. The range of chart options is oustanding, providing almost endless ways for presenting information.
