Bracelet is cool but the gold dial spins like a top. Its not permanent in place.
Bracelet is really cool but its tight. I had just bought another one of their bracelets that fit perfect. This one is much tighter and their explanation was because it is thicker. In order to exchange it, they wanted me to pay shipping, send the other bracelet back to the UK from the US and then 5-6 weeks later once received, they will ship me out the new one. Are you kidding me?? Horrible service since I already had to wait weeks to get it to begin with. Good customer service would be ship me the new one and I return the smaller one in the box with a return lable. They are rude in their emails and I did not find the service acceptable or worth the risk of not getting the correct size. If you are local, then it should be ok. If you are out of the UK, then I would avoid buying from them due to this possible issue.”
“Buena calidad,elegante. En la publicidad de la pulsera no se menciona que el símbolo Vajra superior es giratorio, no fijo,pero es un detalle a mencionar. Es el segundo pedido a Ronatelli (distintos productos). El primero se demoró casi un mes por causas ajenas a Ronatelli. Este ha tardado 6 días en ser entregado, estupendo. Contento con los productos Ronatelli adquiridos hasta la fecha.”
