“User friendly website. The bracelet arrived promptly and I was able to track delivery progress. Great quality beautifully made, solid and substantial.Gorgeous piece.
As it’s an 18 birthday present I won’t know if the size I chose is correct until January - hopefully it will be or I’ll be able to exchange it if it’s not. I’ll re-review the customer service I receive once I know how any query i may have will be addressed.”
“Bien que prévenu ,le délai d'acheminement de presque un mois m'a paru long.
J'avais peur, malgré le suivi du colis, à la perte de votre envoi.
Satisfait finalement.
Cordialement.”
