Ronatelli advised me of their finding and stated that an investigation would take up to 15 days, they were not happy with the delay for me, so they dispatched another bracelet immediately, what Great Customer Service. The bracelet arrived in good condition, as it was packed the right way. I am so happy with the bracelet just beautiful, great workmanship and it is just as described on the site.
