“The bracelet is wonderful and fits perfectly! It's well made and very stylish for the price. Excellent quality it seems and I've not taken it off since I received it. My only complaint is shipping. It took a week after I was notified that my bracelet had been shipped to receive any tracking information and even longer to get an estimated delivery date. When I sent an email to customer service, I did receive a prompt reply addressing my concern--so that was encouraging. Still, I believe the company would do better to choose a more efficient and competent shipping partner.”
