“Bestelling liet even op zich wachten. Op 10 Nov besteld en pas op 21 Nov geleverd. De schoen op zich is best okay, ze ruikt wel erg naar een chemische lijm of zo. De maat klopt echter helemaal niet. EU48 is eigenlijk EU46. Ik heb de bestelling dus terug moeten sturen. Verbeterpunte voor Rona zijn: maatcontrole van de produkten en het bewerkstelligen van een snellere levertijd.”
