“I posted my proof of no claims bonus as requested, after about 2wks i e-mailed them to see if they had received them they said that they had'nt seen them but would let me know when they had, i have heard nothing since, i also asked for a cert. of insurance i could print off, to date nothing. Could do better in this respect.”

“I was disappointed at the renewal quote this year as it seemed high for someone with modest bikes, secure garaging, no claims ever and 45 years of biking history. Imagine my surprise when using MCN compare the company's quote was much much less. In fairness, when I contacted them they honoured the comparison site quote so rather than face the slight hassle of changing insurers I stayed with them. Insurance companies depend on customer inertia rather than reward loyal customers. My experience proves that. Also, I receive regular mail shots offering me cheaper car insurance as a biker. Great news except that when I explored this claim I found that they couldn't offer me cover as I live in the forgotten corner of the UK that is Northern Ireland! What is the point of sending me great offers if my wee part of the UK is excluded!”

“Buying my insurance from carol Nash was a compete cock up from start to finish wrong insurance as it didn't include commuting to and from work,cancelled insurance without starting new policy , no call back no managers available and took forever to get refund.when my policy runs out I'm definitely not using them !”

“Used MCN compare and was given a quote for Carole Nash. Good value insurance for a comprehensive cover including; second driver, pillion use, European roadside/recovery and security DNA markers. Will definitely use again.”

“Carole Nash provided a competitive quote and although not the cheapest the features of the policy and the service were very good. The quote was £100 cheaper than my previous insurer.”

“I have rated the value of this policy as poor due to the fact I had to haggle an outrageous initial quote given that my bike is not garaged , BUT is kept under a carport, behind 6 foot locked gates with no way the bike could be stolen from the rear of the property. It is as secure as many garages and I am in a rural hamlet. I am an experienced biker with full no claims, no convictions. The only reason I bought the policy is that I had been on the phone so long, I purchased in exasperation, having haggled some discount. I find it so frustrating that there is no flexibility around the storage situation and it is highly unlikely I will buy from this company again. Especially so, as I have a blemish free record with this very company!”
