Did not get the price quoted online that I had already payed for. There was no explanation as to why. I didn't have the time to go back and start looking again. Overall very disappointing! Shocking business practice taking payment for a product you don't have them offer a refund.

Some insurers don't require you to send any documentation or have any communication with them when buying insurance. The only thing you'll notice is police not pulling you over. Right Choice are not this sort of insurer. The police haven't pulled me over though which is good and the sole reason I buy insurance at all.

Cheap, and you get what you pay for. Customer service has been dreadful - threats of cancellation due to non-return of forms which I'd never been sent, no certificate sent out for 2 months, the list goes on. Oh, and they hiked the price up when I called them to purchase, but had already debited the original cost from my card. Crooks posing as insurance brokers. Avoid!

THE most painful insurance experience, EVER. This comparison site looks at a lot of Brokers, so you get the "cheapest" quote, but when you phone up they ask different questions or demand further information above and beyond what you have entered into MCN, then they raise the price and you have to except it, or waste that time and start all over with the next one. In fairness to MCN, its not entirely their fault, they just shouldn't include brokers on this search engine. DO NOT USE RIGHT CHOICE INSURANCE BROKERS, they are less than useless.
