“Swintons didn't request proof of any no claims when policy taken out but a few weeks later I received a letter requesting the proof. This letter was very abrupt and intimating in my opinion. After phoning Swinton I posted a scanned proof of no claims and sent two email copies. Two weeks later a second letter was received still saying they had still not had the proof letter.”

“So far so good. I found the process easy and painless. Most of the work is done on the MCN website. I just chose the best cover for me from the list and receive my document's in a few days.”
