“There was an issue with the insurance, I had mistakenly put the wrong date on my pass meaning I hadn't had my license for a year, the insurance company that accepted me weren't willing to accept that and put it to the lower price I was originally quoted on (date was out by a matter of weeks) nor would they just let me cancel it as I was out of the 14 day period, this was only the case as i have just moved house, license was sent off for address change, which you were aware of and I couldn't get the license, alarm details and photo of the bike in the garage over to yourselves, based on that, I now pay 174 a month instead of the 145 I was originally quoted as I have no other option, I cannot just absorb the 200 odd I paid initially or the payment to cancel the insurance. This is unfortunate as I work for a motorcycle dealership, a main triumph location in London, MCN COMPARE was the main company I recommended to my customers for fair treatment and good value for money, based on the way I have been treated on both this occasion and the previous time I had insured with yourselves, I don't feel this will be a recommendation I will make again ..... I doubt anyone would even read this but I offer another opportunity to remedy the situation in some form, but this again, is up to you.
